Trains, Boats and Automobiles!

It's been a while since we've written. In the last 3 weeks we've been to Kelowna for Thanksgiving ( thank you Kelowna family for a great time), Victoria to visit Cara, Nuno and the new baby OLIVIA!!! And this last week Andrea, Amanda's sister, had a conference in Vancouver and extended her stay to visit us til tomorrow! Jonas has now travelled by car, by ferry and by skytrain. By the end of his first year, he'll be sure to have flown by plane as well!

We had a great Thanksgiving this year, which included 4 Turkey Dinners! We should be so thankful to even have one! Part of our visit included a large group of our family going to a Pumpkin Patch farm close to our Grandparents house! We were able to pick out a few pumpkins, do a haymaze, cornmaze and a hay ride around the farm. Hopefully we'll make this an annual event! We were also invited to a wonderful turkey dinner with our friends, the Mitchells, up at Christina's parents Chalet up on the hill overlooking Kelowna airport! What a view! We love visiting Kelowna, scouting out neighborhoods we'd like to buy in and often come back home making plans of when we should move to Kelowna. sigh...one day

Jonas is now 15 weeks old, 16 lbs and his big personality is coming out! He loves to give big "belly laughs", as this new video shows him entertaining us as we were waiting to catch the ferry to Victoria. He is also discovering how to role from his back to his tummy and is down from 4 naps to 3 naps a day.

We spent our sunny Saturday at the Vancouver Aquarium with Auntie Andrea. Jonas loves his Auntie and can't keep his eyes off her! Won't he be sad when she leaves us....he gets a bit bored staring at his Mommy all day! It's been really nice having Andrea around and we can't wait for her to come visit us again in December!
