Lucky Seven - Looking Good Jonas!

Jonas' seventh birthday began in the summer heat with the boys - the new Pixar movie "Inside Out". Lots of laughs were had, plus popcorn, pop and pizza! We headed to Kelowna for the next stage where Canada's birthday was briefly recognized before continuing festivities - a boat ride, picnics, beaches and ice cream with the family including Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, Great Grandparents, cousins Matias and baby Nya. Back at home we began exploring all the great toys - Lego kits, Monopoly and all. The week of Vacation Bible School led up to the actual day July 10th where we met the Ballarins at Rev's for an epic bowling tournament - Jonas was crowned Kids' Champion. A visit to the geese at Deer Lake Park followed, then White Spot - one of Jonas' favorites - for dinner (no geese, just burgers) graciously provided by Grandpa and Zeezee who had come for a visit. More presents included his very first skateboard. All this fun was making him hungry so we went Blueberry picking with the Mitchell's, plus free 7-11 slurpees for everyone. We looked at him and all of this and saw that it was "Berry Good!" We love you Jonas - and always will!
